Yoga

I consider myself a scholar of holistic development and advocate for shared liberation on and off the mat. I value yoga for its potential to ease suffering, cultivate compassion and ignite meaningful action grounded in a regular and multifaceted practice of self study. My classes are an invitation to play, to honor and explore the subtleties of your physical and emotional self so you can take your unique gifts into the world with grace and joy. I am committed to making the physical and spiritual practices of yoga accessible and inviting to all, and offer my class as a brave space where students of all abilities and experiences can take what they need to develop their personal practice. I am RYT-200 and certified in Accessible Yoga and Teaching Yoga to Kids.
